Battery tester function

Specific test function: battery voltage, load voltage (pressure difference), internal resistance, short circuit protection, short circuit protection, over discharge recovery current, charging function, identification of resistance (R1, R2), read code, test capacity (including the charge and discharge test).

1. comprehensive testing:

A. test battery type: lithium battery, nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium.

B. test battery voltage: 2.4V, 3.6 V, 4.8V, 6.0V, 7.2V.

C. general test items: charging test, discharge test, protection function test, voltage test, internal resistance test.

D. optional test items: identification code, identification resistor.

E. nominal voltage 3.7V batteries equal to 3.6V; nominal voltage of 7.4V batteries equivalent to 7.2V.

The F. test time takes about 0.8-1.5 seconds depending on the selected item.

2. capacity test:

A. test battery type: lithium battery, nickel metal hydride, nickel cadmium.

B. test battery voltage: 2.4V, 3.6 V, 4.8V, 6.0V, 7.2V.

C. test items: total battery capacity, platform capacity, overcharge protection voltage, over discharge protection voltage, short circuit and over-current protection.

The D. test time takes about 1-3 hours depending on the battery type and settings.
